- Conduct an assessment of a home and family members using the Fieldman assessment Tool located in Assignments/Tests. Do not assess your family member/s for objectivity. Schedule an appointment with the family prior to your visit. Pay attention to safety issues and develop appropriate plan of care and teaching for the family.
