Newton’s third law says that for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. While strategic plans do not always have an opposite reaction, every action taken does have some long term effect that must be considered. Leaders cannot focus on the present at the expense of the future. In order for plans to succeed, leaders need to identify potential barriers to implementation and be proactive in addressing those barriers. In this assignment, you will identify and develop strategies to respond to barriers to implementation.
Upon successful completion of this assignment, you will be able to:
- Utilize critical thinking to forecast potential barriers to the implementation of an action plan.
- Develop proactive action plans to mitigate barriers.
