This Week: Your assignment this week asks you to use the Integrated Reflective Practices (IRP) model as a framework for some deep reflection about your own process of learning in undertaking this project. In addition to reading this week’s assignment, please also review the six IRP questions and, in particular, the six reflective sub-questions found in this week’s lecture. For your initial post, you may want to outline (bullets) your initial reflection on how you have been successful in living out each of the six questions or questions you have about how to address those questions. Replies to your classmates should seek to provide them with respectful and reflective insight into their thinking. This is truly a team effort!
Question to answer are as follows:
What theories, concepts, and approaches to Leadership from your MSL and personal knowledge are applied and integrated into your Leadership Practices Project?
What about your Leadership Practices Project itself poses problems and opportunities that extend or create theories and current knowledge about Leadership practice?
How can both individual and collective reflection be applied to create a more dialogic spirit of inquiry in your Leadership Practices Project?
How does the context and structure of your Leadership Practices Project provide a context that is appropriate for reflective learning?
How do your Areas of Leadership Practice provide frameworks and models that serve as a catalyst for reflection and building new knowledge and theories on Leadership Practice?
How does Reflection fit into the ongoing development of the Areas of Leadership Practice?
