The purpose of this activity is to give you a mechanism for sharing the essential elements of what you would do as a nurse if you were caring for Mr. Williams. Concentrate on independent and interdependent nursing interventions. Be specific and detailed with your map. Individualize your concept map to address the nursing care that is most important for Henry's needs. Do not just copy & paste from your favorite med-surg book. Individualize this to Henry and his status/ situation. This must be in concept map format. Both Word and ppt have chart tools that will allow you to design a concept map. (You cannot, however, just submit a ppt presentation instead. It must be on concept map format.) In addition to the concept map itself, you will include a 1-page explanation of 2 high-priority care goals for this shift.
