1- I need to add the second part of intro and method to behavioral paper. the paper is testing if consuming HFCS in childhood will cause depression in adulthood by preforming FST and by looking for Alzheimer's Disease antibody using western blotting. In order to understand what to add on the intro, I will attached a doc named as specific AIMS (this doc is not solid, it is just explanation on what we are doing, so please do not copy from it) this doc will give a glance on how early Alzheimer disease is related to depression and what antibody are we using to test on which Alzheimer's related protein. use APA format when citing in-tex or reference.

2- For the method, I will attach a guide of western blotting that you need to write on your own words as paragraphs. we dissected the brain and use hippocampus because p-tau and p-tangle are concentrated in that region.
