Nowadays, Artificial intelligence (AI) is all around us making, dramatically improving the efficiencies of workplaces by boosting employee experience, which will lead to increased retention rates. Also, increase productivity and reduce operational cost and time spent on repetitive tasks. The term paper will address how implanting Artificial intelligence will improve human resources in the public sector.

The paper should cover: (i) the main features of the technology used in your context, (ii) a literature review of at least two major articles (besides those in our course readings) related to your context; and (iii) an in-depth case study where the technology is applied. [Obviously, any paper should have an introduction and a conclusion.]

The paper should be no more than 14 pages (not including references).

You should use a reference management system (e.g., Mendeley).
