2.Overview: Your essay highlights the fact that one does not have to read strategic information in a strict business setting to expand critical thinking skills related to strategy. There is much to be learned about strategy as we reading across disciplines. The setting here is the Battle of Fallujah. Dr. Richard Jadick had an articulated vision in mind, he set up the strategy, he planned the training and corresponding tactics, he initiated the implementation and the execution of the plan and he gave credit to his team. He controlled for far-forward medicine so that he might find ways to improve. And, Dr. Jadick did this with the help of his team. His profound leadership attests to his strategic management mind-set and his perseverance in times of duress.
3. Please write a 6 page case-study essay that summaries some of his accomplishments and leadership skills of Dr. Jadick. Write an introduction paragraph. Use examples to illustrate the critical thinking skills that aid in these strategic and tactical accomplishments. Explain how similar reasoning could be used in a business context.
