Answer 1: I think budget is one of the essential needs for a business to succeed. It will support us in providing resources in a better way to keep our business profitable and productive. We need to calculate well how much money we will earn and how much money we will spend over the current budget.

Answer 2: I think giving feedback and training is an important qualitative element of performance appraisal because it will be a clear understanding, get more attention to their work, and will be more successful in working.

Answer 3: Selling as a franchise is too risky because this franchise restaurant is out of the Chipotle owner's control. I mean franchisees manage their own style and we cannot know how to manage and operate that may be different from us. So, we need to decide carefully and choose who will be the best partners as franchisees. From the only positive point of view, I think selling as a franchise restaurant is good for the company because it will make more money.
