3. In this section there are different practices discussed. Which ones do you want to focus on for the next week? The NEW practices are: guided imagery of a special, safe place, identifying and releasing thoughts (labeling thoughts), self-compassion for yourself and your practice, noting achieving/doing versus being, reflecting on your values, noticing needs vs. wants, cultivating happiness, staying on top of negative mind states, developing gratitude and performing acts of generosity.
