You will be assigned a birth defect: UPPER OR LOWER LIMB REDUCTION 

What you need to include in the discussion is the following:

The name of the birth defect.

Can you see this defect- for example cleft lip or palate/ or does the baby have symptoms and need to be have testing to determine the defect.

Picture if applicable.  Maybe an Xray.  Something that we can all learn from

What part of the body is affected?  

Are there any other effects from the defect?  For example, if the defect involves the brain, maybe hearing loss.

How it is diagnosed?

How is it treated?  Is there any surgical repair that needs to be done and when does that occur?

Is the defect fatal?

Are there any long term disabilities?
