Humans need role models in their life, and some qualities of  these role models are encouraging others, helping them to find their way, and inspiring them.

First, role models should encourage people.

When we fear failure. 

With their lives to be better.

• Learning lessons from mistakes.
• Choose the best way from options.
• Following righteousness.
• Have good achievements.
• Second, role models need to help people find their way in life.
• Finally, role models must inspire people.
