How will you be engaged during your training period where you learn the complex and multifaceted responsibilities of the VSR position?
  • Question: For this position the VA Regional Office consistently receives hundreds of applications from applicants around the country. What unique attributes and characteristics do you have that make you the best candidate for this position?
  • Question: Please describe your experience in applying technology to previous job responsibilities and discuss your experience using MS Office Programs, databases, and web-based software systems. How will your technical expertise assist you in being successful in this new position as a Veterans Service Representative (VSR)?
