I want you also to respond to this classmate.
Corporate Social Responsibility is the duty businesses have to act in a manner that benefits and brings the least harm to society and the environment. Multinational companies have a greater responsibility as the society and environments they operate in are much broader than companies operating in one country. A few multinational companies that have a good reputation for engaging in CSR include Disney, Netflix, and Lego. These companies benefit from engaging in CSR by gaining reputations for being good corporate citizens. This helps the companies seem more trustworthy to the communities they serve around the world. As people become more educated on the environment and have more access to company news through the internet, it is important that corporations accept the responsibility they have and act in accordance to it.
