Take the attached cognitive ability test and then discuss the following: (1) Would you recommend the use of this test (50 question version) as part of the process for selecting supervisors of production workers in a manufacturing organization? Why or why not? Explain your rationale providing as much detail as possible and support your position with evidence from your studies.
