Option #2: Statement of Work
Using the scenario found on Page 116 in Business Analysis: Best Practices for Success (also used in Module 3, CT Option #2), create a statement of work which includes your responses to the following:
- How would you define "efficiency" in light of the end-user's view of resource availability? Support your response to this questions with a minimum of three scholarly or business sources. The CSU-Global library is a good place to locate these courses.
- Identify the end users, stakeholders, and senior management on the project and explain their roles on this project.
Be sure to properly organize your writing and include an introduction, headings / subheadings for the body of your work, an analysis and recommendations (if applicable), a conclusion, and a list of references. Your paper should be 2-3 pages in length, include a cover page and reference page, and conform to the CSU Global Writing Center (Links to an external site.). Include at least three scholarly references in addition to the course textbook. The CSU Global Library is a good place to find these references.
