Required to submit an abstract of the project I'll be working on for the operations management course

Topic: Pick an organization, Government sector, or any entity as an example to show how practice in Operation Management helps achieve Saudi Vision 2030. (I have chosen Oxagon project details in the link below and also can be found online)

o The project should use topics covered during the lectures(at least five major topics):

Topics chosen are:

Operations Strategy
Quality Management
Process Strategy and Sustainability
Inventory Management
Material Requirements Planning (MRP) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
Supply Chain Management

o Use of visual sand data will be recognized

C. Proposal of the Project:
This must be prepared in a form of a short abstract(maximum 200 words ) and Contain:

1-Information on the scope of the project.

2-Its specific aim

3-Eventual underlying hypotheses.

Proposals with more than 200 words, will be automatically rejected.
