Again, there is one task, but it consists of the following four separate deliverables, and they must be submitted as four separate files:

Deliverables 1, 2, and 3: Then you will create separate deliverables for each of the three intended audiences (leadership, employees, and customers), based on the provided scenario (online retail company!) and your analysis of their needs and expectations. These will be created as if you were really presenting them to each audience, in terms of format and content. Make sure and include the rubric requirements in each case (see attached rubric).

Deliverable 5: Finally, in a separate APA formatted document, you will write a justification for each of the three audience-specific deliverables. In other words, you must explain WHY you chose the 1/format; 2/structure and design; and 3/content for each, based on your audience analysis. So you will have the following three sections in your Justifications document:
