You will write a paper as if you are explaining to a friend how to prepare your favorite dish. Please follow these directions:

Introduction:

Introduce your topic and/or your dish. Use lots of sensory detail. End with a thesis: Your purpose for making the dish. Your introduction should be 6-8 sentences.

Paragraph 2: What will I need to make the dish? What are the materials that are needed? What food do I need? What are the quantities. This part is purely informational and she should be 6-8 sentences.

Paragraph 3 – x: Begin breaking down each and every step.

• Why is the person doing this step?
• What needs to be considered?
  • Be certain to use lots of sensory detail here. Let me see it.
  • Each new idea should get its own paragraph and should be between 5-7 sentences.

Paragraph x – Are there alternatives? Could I add something else? Omit something? Should be between 5-7 sentences.

Conclusion: How should the product look? How should it taste? Should be between 4-7 sentences.
