As Jim Hodgson, prepare a written report to Al Johnston regarding your recommendation as to the acquisition of Lincoln Inc. Follow the format guideline from Appendix A of the course outline when preparing your written report.

All case write-ups are limited to four pages of text, including the executive summary, and a maximum of five pages of supporting spreadsheets, tables and graphs (known as exhibits). You should take the perspective of an external consultant and write a case solution in a report to the decision-maker(s) such as the Board of Directors, CEO or CFO. The written report must be typed with one-inch margins, double spaced, with font size of at least 10-points or larger.
