Discuss a real or fictional case from your life where you delegate enforcement of a rule to a technological object or socio-technical system, or where a rule is enforced on you by a technological object or socio-technical system. This cannot be a speedbump or DRM.

This does not need to be digital, high-tech, or an algorithm. It can be very low-tech, like speedbumps.

2. What is the object or system that enforces the rule?

3. Who is delegating enforcement of the rule?

4. How does the rule and/or enforcement change if a human did it manually versus when it is enforced by a technology?
