The first Grand Canyon University (GCU) library database I will use in my research is the "CINAHL stands for the Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature, and the CINAHL Complete database allows you to search for articles in hundreds of nursing journals. In addition to journal articles, you'll also find evidence-based care sheets, quick lessons, legal cases, clinical trials, and more" (San Jacinto College Library 2022). The second database I will use is PubMed. I have used PubMed in the past to help me find articles for assignments. "PubMed is a free resource supporting the search and retrieval of biomedical and life sciences literature with the aim of improving health–both globally and personally. The PubMed database contains more than 33 million citations and abstracts of biomedical literature" (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/about/). These two data bases are better than Google search because they are accredited and have evidence based practice and research to support the articles they have available to students. These two data bases are also backed by GCU library data base for having evidenced based practice and are recommended for students to use instead of a Google internet search.
