level since 2014 (MBA). Review your financial institution’s Bank Holding Company
Performance Report (BHCPR) or its UBPR and comment on the trend of your institution’s real
estate loans and compare them to its peers.

To access the BHCPR use the following steps:
1) Click on this link: https://www.ffiec.gov/npw/Institution/TopHoldings
2) Click on the name of your financial institution (capital one)
3) Click on Bank Holding Company Performance Report (BHCPR). Then select the
12/31/21 report.
